Help/FAQ
How do I unzip a zipped file?
When you download files they will be compressed or zipped. This way they take up less space and download quicker than files that have not been compressed. The extension of a zip file, will be .zip, they will need to be unzipped before you can use them.Double click on the .zip file, Winzip will open up a window, with icons across the top, it will show the contents of the file. But it is still zipped at this point. You then have to choose the Extract icon in order to unzip them. It should ask if you want it to unzip to a folder. Save them into your desired folder. The zip file will remain, but always look for your unzipped files in the folder you saved them to.
On newer Windows computers, files can be unzipped using Windows Explorer. Locate zipped file and right click on file. Choose extract all.
